You should end up with one property on the screen and a little drop down list in the top left corner. Click on the list arrow to open the drop down list and select the property you want, or click on the left or right arrows to go forward or backward, or click on the scroll bar in the drop down box and scroll up or down to find the address you want.
Click the "Printer Friendly Version" button (for all or a single property) and a printable detail sheet should appear before your very eyes! Right click on the page and select Print or select File, Print, from the browser menu bar to print the detail sheet.
Please remember that these are all the listings in the Multiple Listing System (MLS) and not just my listings or you may see another agent's name and telephone number in the remarks section of the listings ... you will not call that number, you will not call that number, you are falling into a trance, you will call Ted at (954) 415-5548 or e-mail Ted at TedsHouse@att.net to see or buy a property!!! If the status should change before the next update, the "Listing Status" on the detail sheet that you'll be viewing should change to indicate the new status. Neat! Remember to "refresh" your page if you're not emptying your downloaded internet files.
The status of "B" or "Backup Contract" wanted, is a property with a "Pending" contract where the owner is requesting that the property still be shown and backup contracts will be entertained.
